Lincoln University of PA.

Lincoln University, situated near Oxford, Pennsylvania, stands as a bastion of historical significance as the first Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the United States, with its founding dating back to 1854.

Over the past six academic school years, we have been honored to collaborate closely with Lincoln University, contributing our expertise to various essential events and initiatives.

From capturing timeless moments through photography during commencement ceremonies to providing impeccable sound, lighting, and audio support for convocations, presidential addresses, and numerous ribbon-cutting ceremonies, we have been an integral part of enhancing the university’s special occasions.

Additionally, our partnership extends beyond event services; we have also played a crucial role in crafting impactful Public Service Announcements (PSAs) tailored for grant funding programs, enriching the institutional environment with informative and engaging content displayed throughout the campus.

FOOD LION CIAA MEN’S AND WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT (LINCOLN)

The AP Creatives team was proud to support Lincoln University's CIAA Men's and Women's Basketball experience with a full suite of services, including multi-LED wall rentals, event photography and video recap, a branded photobooth, and documentary coverage. Each year, Lincoln takes over a host hotel, welcoming more than 2,500 students, guests, and alumni to rally behind the teams in their pursuit of the CIAA Conference Championship.
AP Creative Services, LLC has been a trusted creative partner to the university, playing a vital role in shaping its visual identity and elevating its brand presence. With a strong focus on impactful storytelling through design, the team has consistently delivered high-quality creative solutions across a variety of key university initiatives. Our contributions include the full suite of Commencement graphics for the graduating classes of 2020–2025, encompassing everything from stage design elements to digital and print materials that enhance the graduate and guest experience. AP Creative has also led the visual direction for several Open House campaigns, creating dynamic and engaging materials that resonate with prospective students and their families. In support of advancement and fundraising efforts, our team has developed compelling creative for a number of giving campaigns—helping the university connect meaningfully with alumni and donors. Most recently, AP Creatives produced an integrated design package for the 171st Institutional Founders Day celebration. This included a coordinated set of digital e-blasts, large-format flagpole banners, A-frame signage, and other campus visuals that captured the significance of the event while maintaining brand consistency. Beyond design, AP Creative Services brings strategic insight and a collaborative spirit to every project, ensuring the university's communications not only look great but align with broader institutional goals. Their ongoing partnership reflects a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and the power of design to engage and inspire.

With a strong track record of collaboration across departments—including the SGA, Student Success, the Office of the President, and Health & Wellness—the team helps bring every event to life with precision and creativity.

171 YEARS STRONG: FOUNDERS DAY THROUGH FILM

AP Creative Services produced a powerful eight-part documentary series capturing the 171-year legacy of Lincoln University’s Founders Day. This series was thoughtfully crafted to document and preserve the voices of those who shape the Lincoln story—from passionate alumni and dedicated staff to the 14th President of the University. Each episode serves not just as a visual tribute, but as a call to action—encouraging stakeholders to reflect on what Lincoln means to them and to support its continued growth and impact. More than a campaign, this was a storytelling initiative designed to inspire pride, connection, and giving through authentic, heartfelt narratives.
